Don’t believe this liar. Don’t book any more. I booked a hotel and called the customs but no one answered the call. As a result, I couldn’t go through the customs and my money was not refunded. I don’t know how to complain to them.

This is the crappiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Toiletries also cost money. No slippers either. Sound insulation is poor
